Business Development & Client Management

• Portfolio growth: Cultivating relationships with Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), executive assistants, corporate accounts, and family offices.
• Lead conversion: Sourcing new business leads and converting cold or warm inquiries into profitable bookings.
• CRM tracking: Maintaining meticulous records of client preferences, history, and communications in software like.
• Brand representation: Representing the brokerage at global industry trade shows, networking events, and face-to-face client meetings.

Sourcing & Deal Negotiation

• Asset sourcing: Scouting and vetting the global market for available aircraft that match specific client missions.
• Margin management: Negotiating pricing, positioning costs, and terms with third-party operators to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.
• Bespoke proposals: Designing tailored, commercially competitive contract offers outlining flight times, permits, curfews, and limitations.
• Legal contracting: Overseeing the signing of charter agreements and insurance paperwork, adhering to regulations.

Operations & Concierge Execution

• Flight/Voyage coordination: Liaising with flight operations, ground handlers, catering suppliers, and Fixed-Base Operators (FBOs).
• Live tracking: Monitoring trips in real-time and proactively communicating transit milestones or delays to the client.
• Crisis resolution: Managing last-minute schedule changes, mechanical disruptions (AOG), and immediate recovery logistics calmly under immense time pressure.
• VIP services: Organizing luxury add-ons like helicopter transfers, tailored menus, custom ground transport, and conducting airport meet-and-greets.

Team Leadership & Strategy

• Junior mentoring: Providing guidance, commercial insight, and sales strategy support to junior brokers.
• Process optimization: Collaborating with internal teams to standardize workflows, refine sales pipelines, and improve booking efficiency.
• Market intelligence: Analyzing regional pricing fluctuations, competitor movements, and empty-leg opportunities to pivot sales strategies.
• Financial compliance: Ensuring timely invoicing, payment clearances, escrow tracking, and strict budgetary accuracy for each file.
